Dear OEA Members,
I am pleased to announce that the Ogdensburg Education Association has reached a tentative contract agreement with the Ogdensburg School District. Please mark Monday September 20, at 3:30 in the OFA auditorium as the tentative date, time and location for an OEA meeting where the details of the contract agreement will be presented to the membership. Also, please mark Friday September 24 as the proposed date to hold the ratification vote by the OEA membership. As in the past, you will vote as you sign in to work on the 24th. During this next week, Celeste Norman, Our NYSUT Labor Relations Specialist, will be busy finalizing contract language and salary schedules.
I am looking forward to seeing you all on the 20th.
